Associate Attorney, Labor & Employment Litigation

Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced Associate Attorney to join its management-side Labor & Employment Litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation responsibility, substantive employment law work, and long-term professional growth within a collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution, including:
    • Drafting pleadings
    • Managing written discovery
    • Taking and defending depositions
    • Motion practice
    • Participating in mediations
  • Advise clients on employment law matters, including:
    • Employee handbooks
    • Workplace policies and training
    • Employment counseling and compliance issues
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and manage matters efficiently
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and practical legal guidance

Interested candidates should have 3+ years of labor & employment litigation experience. This position requires a JD from an accredited law school and an active Colorado license. Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
